Carrie Driscoll, President and Enterprise Agile Coach
Carrie is a passionate change agent with deep experience building, growing, and scaling technology and product organizations. Prior to founding Reef Consulting, Carrie served as SVP of Professional Services, where she led the growth of an Agile and DevOps Consulting Practice from $12 million to more than $60 million in revenue. At Reef Consulting, Carrie guides and manages our team of Agile Consultants and oversees the successful delivery of all client engagements.
Todd Meigs, Vice President and Enterprise Agile Coach
Todd is an enthusiastic agilist with 15 years' experience guiding teams and organizations to high performance. Prior to joining Reef Consulting, Todd contributed to and ran transformational and education departments for technology companies. At Reef Consulting, Todd conducts and manages client engagements that lead to improved business agility and rapid delivery of customer value.
Brian Green, Vice President of Strategic Sales
Brian is responsible for developing and executing the sales vision and strategy for the company, as well as managing and growing key accounts and partnerships. He leverages his extensive network of tech professionals, his customer service skills, and his curiosity to understand the needs and challenges of his clients, and to offer them tailored and innovative solutions. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and transform their businesses through agility.
He has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on delivering value to customers through agile transformation, consulting, and sales strategy. He holds three credentials that demonstrate his proficiency and knowledge in the agile methodology: EBAS, AHF, and SPC.
